Meet your engagement team

Know who will do the work.

Before an engagement begins, you review the proposed practitioners, their relevant experience and the responsibilities they will take on. The team should fit the work you need done.

What we share about the proposed team

Relevant delivery experience

The systems, challenges and responsibilities relevant to your engagement, with a clear explanation of each person’s contribution.

Role in your engagement

What the practitioner will own, where responsibilities overlap and who coordinates delivery.

Working arrangements

Proposed availability, location, working-hour overlap and communication arrangements.

Evidence you can discuss

Examples of delivery thinking, decisions, documentation or technical work that can be discussed with permission.

How the introduction works

01

Understand the work

We clarify the problem, constraints and the specialist skills required before proposing people.

02

Introduce the proposed people

You review who is proposed, their responsibilities and how the team will work together.

03

Discuss fit

You can ask about relevant experience, working style, dependencies and any concerns before committing.

04

Agree and start

Scope, availability, commercials and the delivery plan are confirmed before work begins.

Questions worth asking

What part of this work have you handled before?

Ask for the closest previous responsibilities — systems, constraints and the individual’s contribution — rather than a general CV summary.

What will you personally own in this engagement?

Clarify delivery ownership, review responsibilities and who coordinates with your team day to day.

Which dependencies could affect delivery?

Access, decisions, third-party systems and your team’s availability often determine whether a plan is realistic.

How will we review progress and completed work?

Agree the review rhythm, acceptance criteria and how open items are recorded before delivery starts.

Continuity and changes

Availability, substitutions, handover and escalation are set out in the engagement agreement. If a proposed practitioner becomes unavailable, we discuss the effect on the plan and agree how continuity will be handled before work continues.

Relevant next steps

Start with clarity.

What would make your business easier to run?

Tell us the operational challenge. We will discuss whether a short conversation, a scoped assessment or a delivery engagement is the right next step.
