2. What the site is for

It describes our services and lets you get in touch. Use it lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, introduce malicious code, or use it to send anything unlawful.

3. Rates, availability and scope are indicative

Published rates, assessment fees, service tiers, timelines and specialist availability are indicative and not an offer capable of acceptance. They are guidance to help you plan.

Any engagement is governed by a signed agreement setting out the actual scope, fee, named practitioners, service levels and terms. Nothing on this site creates a contract, an obligation to accept work, or a guarantee that a particular person will be available.

Content here — capability descriptions, practitioner notes, use cases and assessment scopes — is general information. It is not legal, financial, regulatory or engagement-specific technical advice, and it does not account for your circumstances. Do not act on it without advice specific to your circumstances.

5. Use cases and scenarios

Scenarios described on this site show the kinds of work we take on and the outcomes an engagement may be scoped to deliver. They are not client case studies and do not describe completed work for a named client unless a page explicitly says so and identifies the client.
