How we handle your information.

This notice covers information collected through this website and through enquiries. Personal data we process on behalf of a client during an engagement is governed by that engagement’s data processing agreement, not by this notice.

Website and enquiry information only. Engagement processing is covered by the relevant data processing agreement.

We do not run advertising, sell or rent personal data, build marketing profiles, or use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Please do not send confidential information, credentials or personal data belonging to others through the enquiry form. Agree a secure route and the relevant terms before sharing anything sensitive.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not use a first-party analytics or tracking product. Interaction on the site (navigation and the enquiry form) does not require you to accept optional cookies.

Our hosting and security platform may process technical information required to deliver and protect the site. That processing is operational, not marketing analytics.

Who we share it with

We use these providers under our account, only for the purposes stated:

ProviderPurpose
Cloudflare (Pages)Website hosting and delivery
Cloudflare D1Storing enquiry form submissions in a database under our Cloudflare account
ResendEmail notification to our team when an enquiry is received

Website enquiries are stored in our enquiry database and sent to our team by email for follow-up. A copy-and-email fallback to contact@nervescape.com remains available if automatic submission fails.

We also disclose information where we are legally required to, and to professional advisers under a duty of confidentiality. If the business is sold or reorganised, information may transfer as part of that transaction, and you would be told.

International transfers

We are based in India. If you are in the UK or EEA, your information may be processed outside your region through our hosting and email notification providers. We use providers under contractual terms appropriate to the transfer. Under the DPDP Rules, transfers may be restricted to countries the Indian government notifies; we will comply with any such restriction.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records, then deleted or anonymised. Where an enquiry becomes an engagement, retention follows the engagement agreement. Records we are legally required to keep are retained for the statutory period.

Your rights

If you are in India, the DPDP Act gives you rights including access to a summary of your data and our processing, correction and erasure, nomination of someone to exercise your rights, withdrawal of consent, and grievance redressal.

If you are in the UK or EEA, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (including to processing based on legitimate interests), and withdrawal of consent. You can also complain to your supervisory authority — the ICO in the UK.

To exercise a right, or to withdraw consent, email contact@nervescape.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew.

Grievances

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us at contact@nervescape.com. We will acknowledge promptly and work to resolve the matter. Under the DPDP Rules, unresolved grievances may be taken to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security and breaches

We apply access control on a least-privilege basis, encryption in transit, and device and account controls for our team. Background checks may apply where an engagement requires them. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India without undue delay, with the nature of the breach and what we are doing about it.

Children

This site and our services are for business use and not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change. Material changes will be flagged on this page.

Start with clarity.
